Mk4/5 turbo pipe bit

I thought I had a boost leak when going to weald... and I've found the problem. The inserts to hold the egr to the inlet manifold has pulled out!!!

Does anyone have one of these kicking about?

Is there one in that turbo stuff you sold me? If so and it gets you out of trouble, you're more than welcome to borrow it but I'm not back until 25th.

That looks like the mk4 set up to me Matt,
Don't think the mk5 ran that type ?
Flap on mk5 is up on top of engine..

Its the type fitted until early '97 ;) on 100PS.

Just had a look , i have 2 turbo conversions that am going sell and they are later manifold... Van i just got has a different manifold to both mine and yours.. ? .If it was the same would have sent you one, you could of then repaired yours and sent me that.... :D

There are a few variations! I do have a plan for both a temporary fix, and a permenant one too if I can't find the right parts.

Part of the problem is that its still EPIC and its staying that way. The EML goes out straight away and I want to keep that - so the EGR needs to stay in place (albeit blanked)
