Problem was you weren't allowed to patch the chassis for the test
You can now but it needs an engineers report but it's already too late as most have gone to the crushers long ago
Even the mk5 is a bit of a rare beast in southern ireland now, there are 2 or 3 i see around regularly but it's often months go by without seeing any but the usual suspects
