Little plastic bit the lock goes in to on the door, Mk5

I am after the little plastic bit that's glued on the outside of the door on Mk5 Transits, that the lock fits into. You know the bit I mean? My drivers' door had a flat key and came off a Mk3 or Mk4, I guess. I fitted a Tibbe lock, but as I lacked the little black plastic bit, I had to shim it on the other side using a bit of plastic cut from a bleach bottle.

As the van is going to get the door fixed at Some Point Soon (split and rust ... ) I wondered, would anyone have a completely knackered door lying around waiting to get scrapped, and fancy getting said little plastic bit off it so I can do the lock properly? Preferrably for not a lot of money

I got one off of a Mk4 door today, which helps, but the Mk5 ones are bigger. Ideally I'd like a Mk5 one so all the locks look the same. I know, I'm a fussy bugger. I just want it to be right ...

If anyone's scrapping a Mk5 door ... all I want is that wee bit of plastic :/

They are only on the later mk5s... and arn't plastic

I have one (somewhere) in my blue van. If I can find it I will let you know
