One of the connections has snapped, You cant separate them and as Punto says they're bloody expensive from ford. The vans off the road at the min with a few problems, so I'm not in any great rush to pay 70 odd quid. There's nee scrapyards around here anymore so I'll just see what turns up.

Go to your local diesel injector repair shop and they'll more than likely to have connector parts and just use normal braided leekoff pipe between connectors and make your own

Or get punto to send you one of his old ones and buy some leakoff hose from Halfords, eBay or local auto shop......sorted

Thats an idea, I'm going to get the injectors tested as well anyway, didn't give that a thought.

Mine got damaged when the injector jumped out the engine
