Mk5 electronic throttle pedal

Postby Mark_C » Tue Apr 18, 2017 2:46 pm

Hi,

I need an early (2 plug) electronic throttle pedal to fit a 1997 mk5 2.5td with Epic.

Can't find any in Australia, so if anyone has one they are happy to post, please let me know, or could get it sent to friends or relatives in the U.K.

Cheers
Mark

Thanks, let me know if you find one

I would like to do a bosch conversion, but getting the parts together from Australia is almost impossible, so I am hoping the throttle pedal will get me out of trouble, I have engine light on and it randomly goes into limp mode, otherwise usually runs well, it has only done 150,000 km and being an ozzy van has no rust

I *might* have one in the garage - if I do I can put my hands on it tomorrow. If not I have one in my workshop, but can't to it for a while

Are you still looking by any chance Mark?

Forgot I had this, removed from a 96 100ps with a faulty epic.
Was working when removed but has been on the shelf a while
