thule towbar fitting instructions mk7

I bought a thule towbar for my Mk7 a few months ago and now I come to fit it I can't find the instructions , anyone have a copy hanging around that they could scan or photograph for me

It's usually 3 bolts each side through the chassis where bumper suport bolts to that hold the mk7 towbar on
