Hi all I've got a Mk6 2.0 duratorq with 220000 on the clock I was just wondering what is the best oil to use I don't mind the cost just had the van for over 14yrs and would love to keep as long as possible.also any other advice for prolonged life would be much appreciated.

Transits use 5 w 30 semi or full synthetic oil about 7 litres, regular servicing will prolong the life of any engine. N
RUST IS LIGHTER THEN CARBON FIBRE
