Both vehicles should also be taxed, unless: -
1. There’s no break between the date the tax disc runs out and the start of the SORN
2. Tax disc has run out in the last 12 months

According to DVLA - registered as untaxed & Tax Expired: 01 December 1979

Due to the above Unfortunately that Reg No can't be transferred.

Doesn't matter who's transfering it. Still has to go through DVLA
