MK2 Mondeo seats into a MK6.

Well I finally got my backside into gear today and made a start, I had already sourced the metal 40mm x 8mm and cut to length, pre drilled the holes on one set and painted them up ready for the drivers seat.
I only got one pic of the new supports in place to show how I decided to fit the seats (the one in primer is just to help show up the detail).
I will get a pic of the drivers seat tomorrow as it was beer o'clock when I finished.
I have only wired up the movement side of things s I'm not bothered about the heated side at the min.

Only got a pic today as my plans changed so I had to prioritise other jobs.

Hopefully get the passenger one in on Monday.

Cheers, its really comfy when i was driving the van today.
I had a bit of trail and error to get the seat to sit level, only down side is I miss the arm rest but I can live with that.

Had a bit of spare time this afternoon so I fitted the other side and washed the van so here is the pic of the 2 seats in place.

As the original anchorage point for the seat beat is on the original seat I decided to fit it here for now and see how it goes later on I might fit it to the seat base.
