mk7 front end transfer onto a mk 6?

hello and "HELP" i can buy a complete mk 7 front end, bumper, front panel, lights, radiator....as i say everything but would it all fit :?: the only problem i can see is the scuttle panel area.....would appreciate any info u could give, thanks.

hi mate there was a mk7 total front end on ebay last week includin lights scuttle buy it now at £275 was thinkin of avin it for my mk6 but i aint got the time at the mo too start that project maybe later :D :D :D

If you want a Mk7 then buy one.....

You'll be wasting your time and money fitting a Mk7 front on a Mk6..

It will not fit without looking a mess.....

It has been done and made to look perfect - however apparently it was a hell of a lot of work and cost more than the van was worth

I believe this is MK6 converted into MK7 from Transitmania if I remember it right. Someone ought to correct me if I'm wrong.... But I absolutely do not remember who was it... :oops: Did you try searching the forum?

You probably talking a grand max if you do the work yourself with mk7 front end for under £300 on ebay. A sport van is aroud 17k so alot cheaper surely is the main reason.

any one can buy a mk7 but not everyone can convert a mk6 into a 7
