Good work. That's the most progress I have seen on a set of twins. Keep it going 8)

Hi semayag..

Well the fiberglass units themselves would not be something you could knock out in 5 minutes and till I actually produce set no1 I'd only be guessing!

I have been thinking about 'marketing' these things,
because to do it right requires some moderate fabrication and tricky electrical skills and (assuing i can get a production line going) id probably put a 'kit' together to auction off. But....

to start with id offer each set as I produce the mouldings,
whether it is just the assembly or a more comprehensive set up, via the forum

Mate, I definitely want a pair of these headlights. Was wondering when they can be done for and how much you would want for them? Money waiting as I have been trying to get a pair of these for over a year
Keep me posted,thanks,Andy.

What light units do you use? These would look cool on my mk6 I know these wouldn't fit but I might be able to fabricate my own
just follow the onscreen instructions and it's fairly idiot proof...trouble is, we keep producing better idiots

And then it stalled

Been looking into this fibre glassing thing and chatting to a guy who builds repro hot rod bodies ,and he was saying to make the actual carriers isnt rocket science and there are plenty of lights for sale on the bay that would do the job.
All you need is an original carrier to take the mould off. ( which I haven't got ). Then bobs your uncle. Im sure there is more to it than that , but shouldnt mind giving it a go.

hi people.

Sorry, but ive not even visited the site for months. (september it tells me!)
I have been totally absorbed in my other project (track-day Puma)
so yes this post has stalled.

I am still sitting on the original surrounds and have found lamps (that can be wired easily) for @£15 per unit..
let me dig them out and weigh this up properly.
Ive been doing a little fiberglassing so have a better idea of where start...
