No heating up or splitting the leafs? How on earth did you do it? Are you able to be a bit more specific? :?

I have seen other types of lowering devices for the transit, like flipping the axle, but did'nt really like that idea. :|

Nope, just gave them to these chaps.

Told them I wanted the van 40mm lower and 1 hour later they had them done for me. Proper old school guys.

Well well well, did'nt think it was possible, but great finding those guys and a great method of lowering. I like it. :D

And the front, Limited? Did you just change the springs in the struts? Is the handling any better? Should be?

Cheers :)

Front is stock, no lowering, did the back as it looked way too high.

Made them myself by splitting a factory pair of lamps. Projectors are sold on eBay as kits, just make sure you get ones for cars and 3" in size.

Valtech on here used to make sets, that's where everyone else got them afaik :)

Agh nice one mate would the 2.5's fit you think? I take it you have to split the lens then cut the reflector to get the projector in?

Keep with the 3" ones, as the smaller ones don't give decent light. Yes split the lamps (not easy). The kit normally fits straight in the original holes where the bulb went.

His wording sorta suggests he took them to a shop rather than doing it himself. Fair play as well, nobody cept crazies like hot metal... Wait... there are a few on here  Maybe he did it himself.
