Hi Custom. well i dont quite know what a Scooby bumper is? but i have not said they are sorry if these is a misunderstanding. also yet the bumpers are made over here but he may be able to sea freight them if asked to. but if anyone does want to deal with him it will take quite awhile for him to get ready to ship! so i have just passed on some info weather or not it helps anyone who knows.

Maybe "scooby bumpers" has something to do with the scooby doo comic custom van "mystery machine"? :? Don't know, too, but just a thought!

I'm affraid they really aren't any off the shelf kits although if you search the forum there is one kit you can get.
