all i was thinking was a 90 degree bend to it that's all to turn it so its facing inside the cargo area not outside
and then we mentioned puncturing fuel tanks which i had not thought of so its a case then of some form of under tray for it.
i can remember hearing when diesel was well expensive that people were draining tanks all the time. i was expecting that someone had designed a stainless steel cover that bolts underneath it with sides to protect someone drilling into the tank base.
so i was expecting to see one second hand some where that's all, 1.5mm of stainless or 2mm even is pretty well strong enough to prevent idiots and battery drills
i had not thought of it as a modification for visual purposes only, i shall have a look and see what was done in the modding scene.
it only came about because we were discussing dropping the diesel tank out one day to under-seal above it and to add the extra fuel valves and the linkages pipe work for the second tank.
we have not started work yet its a case of working out what we want to do exactly before we start works. i could be a diesel tank millionaire next week when i start selling them, lol
can you patient a stainless steel biscuit tin lid
