I took some measurements from under a tipper at work today and realised that from the outer spring to the outer spring was 1200 on a pickup and 1300 on a van. Does anybody on here have a twin wheel van mk6/7 on here for some big help??? Cheers guys

havnt been on here for some time but just come across this post
what I did with the 3rd axle on my van was to remove diff and make a blanking plate
then cut halfshafts down so they wouldn't just bang about in the casing
this was done around 3 years ago and 30k plus miles and no problems
if its got tits or wheels its always gonna end in trouble !!!
anyone can restore a van but it takes a real man to chop it up !!!
