i fancied a go at these myself  so ive redrilled some 15" suzuki wheels for my mk4 :D

a certain minormatt might be interested in this post

my van was due for an MOT so it spurred me on to getting the back 2 fitted :D

i can't get the fronts on yet as i need to counter bore the hubs, but i dont need those done for the MOT so they can wait :D

the wheels redrilled :D

what they look like on the van :D

even the sliding door opens past 8)

they are a bigger rolling radius so it should help the top speed a bit too

Nice one Luke, thats wicked. Can pick up the Suzuki wheels pretty cheaply too. Did you redrill your own?
What you doing with the 8 spokes? Are they proper transit fit?

What size landrover wheels are you using Bez? 15's or 16's? Up load some pics when you've done it can you..

You got the Fronts on yet Luke? Hows the larger rolling radius affecting the van speeds?

Any chance you could up load a pic / plans for your jig? Would be interested to see it and would go well with this thread.

Have you managed to get those Landy wheels on yet Bez?

theres some more pics in the north weald 09 thread in the shows gallery :D

the tyres do increase the gearing but when these wear out he's gonna fit 195/70's like the fwd mk6 transits have :D

I have been reading up on your progress with the wheels,And what i want to do is swap the wheels over on my 1999 transit 120 Ive been thinking abt doing it for years,,,Now the question......Are there any alloy wheels i can get off another car/van to fit on mine without drilling and messing about etc ,,Thanks
Ford Transit 280 SWB,,Year 2008,,2.2,, If it can,t be fixed/repaired/ with a 4 pound lump hammer then it must be an electrical problem.
