saw this and was so impressed I decided to do it to mine. Hope you dont mind . Going to be a bit different to you however Ive got 4 chrome angle eyes on top. Keep up the good work

Remove original bumper.
Drill two holes in the lower part of the front wings for the new end-caps,
(avoiding water bottle in passenger side).
Test fit, using bolts from old bumper into new bumper end-caps.
Test fit and make cut out for tow-bar,
also mark and cut centre section for tow-bar.
Join 3 sections of new bumper, stretch it on (it's a bit narrower),
and bolt on through wings.
Mark the gaps on top, underneath the headlights,
remove bumper again, and glass-fibre/fill/weld.
Paint + fit.
Trim tags underneath grille and re-fit.
Job done.

Must go to Southend before I paint it (Ok, sorry, only jokin)

I've got it fitted, in red, and haven't filled the top gaps yet,
and have done about 3hundred miles with it only attached by the two end bolts.
It hasn't budged a mil.

It does look fat
I'll update this with some proper pics when it's filled and painted.

where is the middle do they come in 3 bits?? how difficult is this mod as I want to do it, it looks fantastic mate

to be honest i'd rather have a second hand one as it'll have all brackets and paint already, plus hopefully be cheaper if i cock it up!!!
I'm still waiting for my co2 from dieselhead in case he reads this!! just a gentle reminder!!
