Can someone have a read of this and then tell me if they think the steering geometry of a MK5 is wrong to begin with?

Just went out and had a look and I reckon reading that its slightly positive offset, which is bad, due to the lateral space restriction of the top shock mount and tall wheels/shocks. No wonder power steering is so bad powersliding and cross country on the bumps, its supposed to be slightly negetive.

What did you do when you set up the IFS Luke, or does it work out same as MK5?
My Mk5 was biodegradable and disintegrated with time.

Oh....so its just as sh*t then....  Kidding. I'm getting a laser line on the mk5 wheel tommorrow, chances are its probably spot on and I'm imagining it as usual.

Does the conversion raise the ride height over the old suspension height or did you want to lower it anyway?

I would keep rubber bushings to keep down wear but it might flex to much.Hard to know which to go with.
