Not yet kid number 2 now due Aug 22 so may have some playtime to experiment after that...
Basically gonna get sheet acrylic n heat til softens and shape across windscreen n roof then bolt on van with spacers!

Robbie I've been thinking about this for years lol, how were you thinking about fixing it to the van? Each side and the centre (3 fixings) or maybe 4 fixings?

3x at Sides and likely 2x 3lots across span of roof.
Should get on this cos in 5 weeks I got paternity leave ...wahoo. oh yeah new baby too of course
