found this for the 2.4 thow :(

Ford Transit 2.4 TDCi from 2006 Onwards 2402cc 16v
Engine Code - H9FA, H9FB & JXFA

Piston Dimensions
STD bore size - 89.90mm
Suitable for Tapered conrod
Oil Cooled
Pin Diameter - 32mm
Pin Length - 71mm
Bowl Diameter - 49mm
Bowl Depth - 16.3mm

Overall length - 80.50mm
Rings - 2mm / 2mm / 2mm
Compression Height - 53.5mm

Any idea which power spec that isand wich injecters match the piston ? The spray angle dictates the size of piston bowl, or other way round.

unfortunly a dont at this time but am still asking for more details,the engine manufacture i use has only the piston sizes avaliale not injector spray patterns :(

am now quiet happy to say this is running as it should with a few problems i had to deal with poor injectors and the hydralic tappet lifters :D

but all done :D

now i can have a good nights kip :lol: :lol:

right this was running fine well before remap and injectors it a contribution of both things

poorly recon engine and the wrong injectors and remap finished it off as ive posted above their are diffrent sized combustion bowls and pistons in these this engine wasnt designed for 140ps injectors never mind a remap
