One weekend in Bangkok.....

Postby GBBiker » Mon Mar 08, 2010 4:22 pm

A friend of mine has just spent a long weekend in Bangkok on a concert tour. He's e-mailed me a photo of a very nice MK5 as he thought I would be interested :D

I likes the headlight clusters, not sure about the grille though :?

Worth searching for threads on the Chinese transit, that one sadly doesnt show the 6 stud alloys... There is also a link to a blogg, where someone imported the front and fitted on to a European MK5. Sadly the lights are L/H drive

It is a full frontal, headlight panels, the works, you could import them but the headlight will fail the MOT, but I agree, looks 8)

I think the headlights look like those reflector type lenses, that you get on the astra and I dont think it was just China got them either, it seems to be a far eastern thing
