I've heard this too. the FWD transit will be available in two lengths and badged as Transit Custom, or Tourneo Custom. the RWD will be simply THE "Transit".

When does the UK get the full size MK8?

USA not until 2014 and they are retooling Claycomo for it, which is in progress.

Where will Euro versions be built?

Hard to believe all these Transit fiends do not have one real picture of the big one yet.
