Best ask what diagnostic they use, they are non dealers they do Ford, isuzu, vw etc.

Ford and vw owners mingling? No that simply isn't right is it

I'm sure they'll have a descent snap on or something but i can't help think ids might be able to read historic info better?

I don't know maybe they're a non specific dealer but have dealer affiliation for multiple manufacturers, it does say franchise, which is your area of expertise but yes if they will fix it free them they must have some connection otherwise they's just silly.

So, what diagnostics did they use then?
