Weller's and tyre pressure?

Postby ned » Wed Jul 04, 2018 1:13 pm

Silly question but here goes,

I have a set of Weller wheels almost ready to go on the van but I'm wondering what the tyre pressure should be, the tyres are 225 70 R15 112 - 110, do I put the normal 55psi in as I would with the 195 70 R15 tyres?

Many thanks Ned

That's what I'd put in, there will probably be design max pressure markings on the the.

The daily van in work has 70 in but they carry 10 tonne :?

70  that's what I was thinking 55 as its psi it doesn't matter the size or does it, I'll have a looksy on the tyre when I get in :D and yes it has centres welded in to make them hubcentric  N

55 is only the pressure, no matter how big your wheels are the psi can be the same
