both before I fitted the sunvisors (max speed supposed to be 80mph, sometimes I go more but don't want to risk it too much).

Mk6 before sunvisor = 83mph (100ps T260)
Mk7 before sunvisor = 101mph (110ps T260)
and both after sunvisor = about 82mph

I don't drive that fast, but I was up to 75mph the other day in my LWB 90ps 5.13 axle, calibrated speedo aswell

Think the most I had out of my SWB 75ps was about 85, on a single track road

Indicated 85, so probably more like 75mph from my 76ps DI with 5.14 diff (6 stud) - bit it will do this uphill as well as down

to sound responsible drivers i think we should point out that speeds over 70mph were at a test track & not on public highways, just in case we are being monitored by big brother plods :)

Mk6 85 SWB.

Fully loaded with roof rack about 90mph flat to the floor, around 95mph empty no rack.

Normally I stick to a max of about 75- 80.
54 plate 260 MK6 SWB Exec pack 85 ps soon to be reemapped. Dead locks and arma plates on rear.

1999 76ps longcube did 85mph loaded or unloaded, does just about 80mph now that the exhaust is blowing at the manifold
1996 70ps swb gets upto 75mph eventually.
2002 100ps T300 swb hit the limiter at 102mph (company van for last firm worked at).
