Looks ace with the lettering not my work but wish i could do it .
anyone no if there was a trim around the outside of the glass on the door as there is a big gap and water will get down it and rot the doors again??????????????? The workshop is full of classics at the mo as you can see from photos ,moggy ,1971 dennis fire engine ,mini (above Mk1 on ramp) and a t25.......
and none of them mine :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

do you mean at the bottom of the glass :?: if so then sort of it was a kind of metal/fabric rubbing strip to hold the glass off the door - it became rubber on the mk2's :D

proberbly not :(

they arnt designed to seal it from the water - best thing to do is waxoil the inside of the door and make sure the drain channels are clear that way the water that will get in wont do any damage :D

I have wax oiled it and spray grease so fingers crossed it will keep it at bay. Its off to the trimmers next week (if mot goes ok) then off to get a wooden back on it cant wait to see it all done .The owner will be takeing it to the shows but he says it will be in day to today use but as a too and from his scrap yard and not as a working truck thank god..... :D :D :D
