Cheers Mike.
Took a little of thinking as the bulk head is made specifically for a Sphincter but with a little fabricating, some CLS timber and a few other bits n bobs alls gone pretty well.

I've lost a bit of load space but a decent nights sleep hopefully will be worth it...

Also the Germans are strict about sleeping in Services without a proper bed and nightheater during the winter months so that'll make a difference as I tend to transit through Germany to either Lux or Austria depending on whether I'm outbound or inbound.. :!: :!: to avoid any hassle..

My daughter was the first one up there and she loved it... :) we're off on our hols soon and flying from Gatwick so will be taking my van and as we'll be leaving Devon early hours she's over the moon she'll be able to go sleep on the way up...not strictly legal I know but with all headrests in I can't see her falling out... :) :)

Need a visit to Harvey Nicks for me Tweed Bedspread and the Chandelier

Depending on how much you want to spend on Tolls...
You could head for Rouen from Calais (€30 tolls)on the A16,once you get around the West of Rouen come off Motorway and head for Evreux on the N154,then Dreux and then Chartres.
When you get to Chartres which can be a bit of a pig to get around, head for Chateaudun on the N10..the N10 will take you right down to Bordeaux and then onto Bayonne all Non Toll  :D
I sometimes jump on the A10 just before Tours and again around Poitiers to save any mucking about but if its early hours it'll be quiet, once you come out of Poitiers on the A10 if you decide to Toll it for a while take EXIT 30 (sure its 30) and head for Vivonne as this will get you back on the N10,then head for Angouleme, cheaper Fuel,Cafe's, Bar's are pretty regular  ...any probs just follow a Spanish or Portugese Lorry as they'll be heading home and alot of them will use the N10
Once you get to Bayonne there are a few funny little stretches in to Spain where you pay a few little Tolls 3,4 maybe 5 Euros..aint been down there for a while.
Once you passed Bayonne head for San Sebastian then on to Burgos where you'll need to head South on the A1-E5.
Cant remember where you have to pick up your Toll ticket now but Spain ain't dear for Tolls..

Enjoy... :)
