Her is our Transit: it is supposed to became the service vehicle of our classic car club in Turin. So it need some cosmetic and proudly will show our club colours. As already asked in my "welcome" post, we need to know which other colours were available for this year and model. It is registered as 1975, but I think it could be a '73. Who could help me in decoding the chassis number?

@ oldyellar: that is the original paint. It look fine in the picture but actually there is a lot of dings and dents but absolutely no rust. It needs anyway to be repainted. We are looking for some documentation about original color combination because we want to use an original color but closer to our club colour.

what a lovely MK1, i like it! i suppose you are already sorted with the vin-decoding otherwise i could help if you pm me the data.

just out of interest what kind of classic car club do you run, Fiat or all makes (i used to own a couple of Fiats (600s and 1100s) over the years and still got a 1955 Steyr-Fiat 1100 left and am currently after a 124 Special -prima serie.

this Consul 315 i bought in Torino a couple of years ago:

I did not connect for several time and what I see at my return? a consul315 (love this car) from my town (our club is Veteran Car Club Torino)!
