So iv not been on for a while so here is an Up date on my van I got my spray job done at last....
It does need another mopping as you can see from some of the pics

So i had to take off the manifold to repair my power steering pipe and found this!!! 50% blocked id say

Dug it out with a spoon and tent peg

There was alot more inside the manifold, my grass is black as i jet washed it out.
Resonator bushes were missing all together and this was the result Glow plug live wire!!


After Cleaning but i didnt do a deap clean



I suppose i had better clean the EGR valve as this stuff was thick and very sticky paste.


Can i have a link that shows how to remove it or how to clean the system.

And the end of the story for this van, terminal rot got it in the end but it will live on as it had a doner card
