The 70PS engine in this probably suited its role, but it was a noisy old dog and tended to feign death on steep hills.

Hi King, getting that lift out was a real job, it was just so heavy, when I finally dropped it out the back door the van bounced up about 6 inches. I'm sure I heard a sigh of relief from the rear suspension, although I think the weight helped to keep the back end steady over bumpy roads.

The old 70PS engine had a cam belt snap and did a little more damage than bend the push rods.
Where did that valve head go? Next pic.

Oh! there it is, buried in No.4 piston, and I found its stem in the inlet manifold.
So lack of a £60 belt kit ended up costing me over a grand including £400 AA lift home.
Now there's a lesson.
