Postby Tompoole » Sun Feb 19, 2017 4:46 pm

Took a while to get another but finally chose a mk 7 125 trend i25k miles instead of a custom....
Will use it for work but plan to make it into a day van as well, not sure on what colour but looks same a mail van.

Looks straight does that, is that 125k or 25k? What made you go for a 7 instead of a custom?

Nice van 8) one word of advice I would give u is to secure your wheel trims (hub caps) as they are known to be stolen.

What I did to secure mine involved getting some steel fence wire and putting it through the steel ring on the rear of the wheel trim and then through the steel wheel and twisting it to get the wire taught. In order to do this you will have to get under the van also put some cable ties on the outside as usual so if they do cut them and try to remove them they might just give up. This is the best solution I can think of at the end off the day if they want them they will get them hope this helps.

Seems easy enough. Good idea, even though I never had mine stolen
