hi every one ime new to his so hope some one may have the answers I have a 2005 2.0 tdci transit tourneo when ime waiting at trafick lights etc with the clutch in and van in gear after a wile the van will start to move on its own ive been told it could be the master cylinder or slave cylinder ive found a mastercylinder but cant find a slave cylinder for a mk6 2.0 front wheel drive tdci does it have a slave cylinder and what do they do hope some one can help thanks migw45

It'll be inside the gearbox and it's called a concentric slave cylinder, it's part of the clutch kit but requires removal of the gearbox.

I'd bleed the clutch first, then possibly replace the master cylinder and if it is still a problem then you'll be looking at the box out.

You may be able to test the master if you block the pipe that goes to the slave, not done it on these so might need to confirm that.

thanks it was the master cylinder changed that and every things great now thanks for the help
