Use this gallery to put pictures of your Transit. Use a new thread for each vehicle and add new pictures to the same thread. To post an image you will need to use the Img button before and after a link to a picture. Ive used http://www.photobucket.com to put this example picture up!

Well a few of you have had trouble with my instructions! :?
So see if this is easyer to understand Fred says:-

First of all open a second browser window, as you would when you first go onto the internet (keep the one that you have Ford Transit Forum open in, this will help when you want to post your pics) go to http://www.photobucket.com by putting the address in the address bar, not via the link) and sign up for a free account.
You will then be directed to the page for uploading pictures. You can either upload one at a time, or directly under the 'Submit' button there is a drop down menu to select a number to do more than one at once.

To actually upload, click on the 'Browse' button. This will open another window with the pics on your computer in it. Click on the one you want to upload, and then click on 'Open'. This will close the little window and the code for your pic will appear next to the 'Browse' button. Repeat this if you have decided to do more than one at once, then click on 'Submit'. The words *Pictures Added will appear in red above the 'Browse' box.

Scroll down and you will see the pic(s) you have uploaded below, each one with three boxes below it, the bottom one is labled Img. This is the code you need to copy to your post. Click on this to highlight it, then right click and select 'copy' and click on that.

Return to Ford Transit Forum, and open your post. Put the curser where you want the pic to go, then right click and selct 'paste' and the HTML code for your photo should appear on the post! Click on the 'Preview' button and check that the pic will come out before you post ! Then if you are happy, click on 'Submit'!

That's it, you've posted a picture!

and one more  by paul martin

1) Go to the website http://www.photobucket.com and sign up for a free image hosting account.

2) The next step is to resize your photos on you PC that you wish to upload. I suggest a maximum size of 640 x 480 pixels as some of us will be on dial-up connections so these won't take long to load and should fit the screen nicely. If you have trouble resizing your pictures, there's a handy little utility for this on the Microsoft website called image resizer. Image Resizer Link. Once you've installed this on your PC, all you need to do is select your image that you wish to resize, right click it with the mouse and select the resize image option and then select the 640 x 480 option. A new image will now be saved to your PC with the same filename as the previously selected image but with the addition of the words (small) next to it.

3) Once you've resized all your images, you'll now need to upload them to your photobucket account. Log into your account. At the top of the screen you'll see an option of submitting multiple images or just the default of one image. Select how many images you wish to upload to your photo account and then select the browse option to find them locally on your PC. Once you've selected all the pictures, click the submit button and allow a few minutes for your pictures to be uploaded onto the host site. Once you've uploaded all your images, your album of photos will be displayed in thumbnail formats on the screen.

4) To insert an image into a post that you wish to make, log into your photobucket account and find the picture you wish to use. Below the picture are 3 lines of text. These are entitled as follows - Url , Tag and Img. Click in the Img text box and select and copy the contents of this text, to do so a shortcut is to select the text, hold down the CTRL key and press 'C', this performs the copy function. Now write your post in the normal manner on this great forum and then paste the code that you copied from your photobucket account. Another shortcut for this is by pressing CTRL and 'V' simultaneously. You'll now have posted the HTML image code for your picture.

5) Submit your post in the normal way and sit back and admire your work and let everyone else admire your goregeous fish you've caught.

I would also suggest that if you are unable to resize your pictures, please provide a clickable link (with a warning on its size) to them instead of posting the image, that way people can choose whether they wish to view the large picture or not.

Hope that helps?
