mk7 2.2 tdci 110 lwb high top

Postby sts 2014 » Mon May 12, 2014 12:25 am

Are these mk7 110ps 2.2 tdci any good on fuel or am i better of staying in the 2.4. im in a mk6 2.4 currently and really want to upgrade to a mk7 but dont wana get a problematic model. im not overly concerned with performance as i tend to drive for economy but i dont want to buy a quick model that cant carry weight if needed. any recomendations would be greatly appreciated, i was thinking about going into a jumbo but im told thier fuel consumption is outragous. ill stick to the lwb but really would welcome advice on model variations. thank you in advance.

You want a either a 2.2 115 or a 2.4 115
The 2.2 110 suffer from holed pistons
P/s who told you jumbo mpg is bad ! driven right my jumbo gives me more mpg than a 5 speed 100hp lwb of the same age
I can get 430 ave to light
