Help a newby buy a transit? Pleeease

Postby Griffcbr » Thu Jan 01, 2015 1:50 pm

hi guys I'm new to this so please bare with me lol.

I've found a nice looking transit 260 swb 2006, it says it's 2.0l on the add but I can't find much info on the 2.0 or any power figures?
Anyone on here know the figures or a way I can check the spec using the reg no.
Are the lower powered transits capable of decent motorway cruising speed or is it worth getting a higher powered model?
Anything in particular to look out for when buying a transit?

Thanks in advance guys, hope that's not too many questions in one go!
