mk 7 TDCI 115

Postby pepepluisje » Thu May 25, 2017 11:12 am

hi guys

im looking at a possible van to buy subject to a garage report on my mk6

im looking at a mk7 transit limited in jewel green, 2010, 93k ;; the engine is the 115ps tdci according to the ad;

are these engine's reliable assuming it has been serviced regular etc, and would it be a good buy at 7450?

it states above ave condition, and just waiting for the pics to download which i believe is just being valeted;

also has anybody ever had dealings with the company, which seem to have some good reports

any advice would be very welcome

Depends on the sample taken to define average condition
Above Average condition to the seller may be a sack of sh*t to someone else
Pretty meaningless really init?

yes i understand that, however it is not a private sale and the company does seem to have good reports , but in any case; what would a reasonable guide ballpark figure be for a limited spec of this age and milage ( if ave gond for age ); 6.5 / 7k ?? just to give an idea to help my search;

Bought my 09 mwb with 70k on it 2 years ago for £4900 it was a good tidy van then, so that seems a bit steep to me
