Stay put or sell and move on?

Got a mk6 transit 02 plate d/cab t350 dropside alloy extra long body on it. Originally tipper but body was changed over just before i got it was also given new respray so looked smart, bit rough now tho. 122k miles and £3100 when about year ago. Not in bad shape by the look of it but the work done since:

prop shaft in bad shape :uj's/bearings done 100 quid all in (propshaft company plus garage) in july
all rear lights nackered somehow so rewired/resoldered etc 70 quid by proper place first time march time and 20 quid by a mate second time in june, funnily enough no probs since
2 x new front wheels, 1 x back wheel, others good cond.
brakes/disks replaced sept 100 quid all in
MOT due now: 160 quid to replace corrded brake pipe, replace handbrake cable, replace rear roll bars/bushs were main bits off memory

Whats this like for the year? It's used to clean wheelie bins (1000 litre tank, 0.75-0.5 tank full 5 days a week 2 out of every 3 weeks) and to collect scrap rest of the time. Thinking of changing to panel van as more versitile, really dont need the dropside all that much in reality. And thinking of MK5 as keep hearing to how much easier/cheaper they are to fix. But worth the downgrade in power/comfort? Better off looking for well serviced mk6? Would prob go tipper or panel van, but need at least 1200+payload.
