Hi SKU2, glad u joined in and droped a line on your Transit. Your van is really cool and i like alot your new livery. I took 2 pictures of your van in the feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Zurrieq, but as i came abit late i took the photos in the dark and was not sure to put them on, but i'm glad you are going to put on some good pictures regards your Mk6 Transit.
By the way, SKU2 has the most delicious ice creams and slush granita in Malta, belive me, i always look forward to buy one. See you in St Catrine's feast.

this the van i used to drive in paisley and glasgow, its a 1 off coachbuild by e,cocozza motherwell, long wheel base wth extra extension, coachbuilt onto a uk54 plate chassis cab from scratch. it the tdci with 6 speed box n drives a dream as i had it over 2 spain 3 times from glasgow and not even a puncture. best softy icecream van ive drove.

Its great that you got to know the van you owned JIEP. I can tell you that it will stay like that for many years to come as SKU2 the owner has 3 ice cream vans and the oldest is a CA bedford van still imaculate, the other is on a Ford/Iveco chassis. At the moment they are building a new ice cream van on a new iveco chassis, he told me iveco chassis are much stronger. :(

yeah m8 great van, but a couple of vans got made over here with the iveco chassis, heard the back end wasnt as good n strong as the ford with the weight of generator in the back, a good build is the mercedes chassis but i prefer the ford

all the way from sunny airdrie that van mate
and the chassis its built on is ex bt

thats a rare spec even for scotland as its serving windows are on both sides,
and its a softy ice cream van, but reckon that van was originaly built for a english customer

and exported that way it wouldnt be any good as a normal ice cream van, no shelfs for ciggies or bread and milk

its a cracking big looking motor 8) 8) reminds me of my mate barrys old van :D

it never fae airdrie m8 as i drove it round the street of glasgow/paisley and spain :D . It not ex bt van, total coachbuild onto a mk6 chassis cab with added rear extension, a 1 off build n not all scottish vans do messages n fags as thats wot the shops r 4 :P

Na mate i know this vans history, Its a 2005 built at cocozza's from new for a guy called Scott Brown who ran it in around the west coast and it ended up working static at Barshaw park in paisley, it then went down south portsmouth i think briefly before a guy called Mario from malta came over, bought it and drove it back to malta. he has since refitted it out inside and fitted continental style fold back serving windows so they open right up.

defo no fae airdrie it a 54 mk6 chassis cab build, 1 off with 4ft xtra xtension at rear, spot on harkie as dun barshaw as i worked this van in paisley glasgow and spain for scott
