found a bit more info on the banger racing forum

One of three built by Ford to transport the works F2000 single seaters the rear light housing swung out and the pick up bed was flat and they went round the race tracks promoting it also had twin fuel tanks one for normal petrol and one for racing fuel with a switch on the dash to swap the pumps over also had coilover spax suspension jag wheel adapters and it was powered by a essex 3litre v6 Turbo engine!
