the crustyest transit mk2 ive ever seen :)

Postby Vandalism » Mon Mar 21, 2011 2:47 pm

at the weekend i went on a trip to york with my mates, we went throught retford to visit a friend and came across this!!
wow i said to my self thats crustyer than a french baguett - 70% filler, 20%rust, 10% mould
this van is situated on the road out of Retford railway station, if anyone lives near there i sugest you go and have a look  8) id still be temped to buy it tho (for a bit of fun)
its an early one(1980) having round head lamps and mk1 wheels - the front and back indicators/lights have been fillered in and replaced with different ones   also rear windows plated up...the list goes on.. :)
the front hubs look different - they have a sort of grease nipple sticking out the middle :?:

thats a nice job on the rear wheel arch - cut the rust out...leave the hole

this is the crustiest transit i think ive ever seen (and ive been to scrap yards)

 And that's on the road, so was it taxed :?: If it was, that must mean it has an MOT, or has had recently

Surely that rear arch would have failed for having sharp edges

no one was in it at the time - it was parked infront of a house that looked equally as bad as the van
