It is very popular Watt's linkage rear suspension - especially in sport cars, but not only (for ex. Mazda RX7). Sometimes it is called bar-system "Z".

Diff is stabilized also by lengthways bars - two on one side.
Diff works with McPherson dumper (Bilstein).
This type of suspension (with bulky diff) has good charakteristic on way - fast answer for bump and good adherence.
