Drift-bus Transit Mk7 440HP from Poland

Postby wojciech » Sun Jul 31, 2011 10:05 pm

Polish firm Transit Center Motorsport constructed, for famed drift-driver Marcin Wicik, very nice driftbus.
To empty Transit Mk7 body they put in 4 sports seats and safety cage.
Engine, sorry... its not Cossie, but aggregate from BMW M5 S62B50 - V8, 400 HP, 500 Nm. Power is lifted to 440HP.
Suspension - is from Bilstein (springs, shock -absorbers, stabilizators etc).

They do it as BMW do engines to Transit.

What a pity, with this engine it is... mongrel. But my dog is mongrel too... and I love him

Some details about driver:
Marcin Wicik in rallycross drive only Fords . His first car it was Ford Escort RS Cosworth (2001), then Ford Escort Cosworth A-group, Focus WRC, and Fiesta RWD.
In Fiesta AWD T16 Cosworth 2,0 595HP he started in England in Lydden Hill circuit - beginning was engaging, but later engine exploded... (2009)

Now he still drive FiestaT16 and some others: http://www.transitcenter.pl/motorsport/ ... uction.htm
