2007 mk7 transit 2.4 rwd dash clock problems

hi i have a mk7 2007 2.4 rwd van its starts an drives fine but when i start it all the lights in the speedo an rev counter stay on an the mileage screen displays ---------- dashs like that

can anyone help

These seem to suffer a lot with dash issues, I sorted one last year stripping it waving a gas iron over all joints and wd40 the board and whipe dry before re assembly.

Have you had the batteries checked, particularly the front one?
