05 transit probs

Got a T430 135 psi done 130000 miles, has rough idling, between 2000 and 2300 revs makes pinking noise. Goes into limp mode when under strain
, had faults read twice, Fords said injectors another said fuel pressure low = fuel pump. If i boot it from 3rd get massive black cloud, loud, loud pinking then limp mode but van runs well
for about month then starts limp mode again.. Any thoughts would be great as i'm thinking maybe something other than injectors or pump. Oil air and fuel filters changed 6 months ago.

£20 says its injectors.

Think i will get Diesel Direct in Thornton Heath to check as they are specialists. Don't need the expense of a pump so maybe just need one injector sorted fingers crossed. Thanks for reply
