Can’t open side sliding door

Hello! I’m hoping someone has had this issue!

So currently having a issue opening the side sliding door,

When pressing the central locking you can hear everything working and sounds like it unlocks as you can hear a clunk from the mechanism area, but when you go to open it does nothing....

I can open it though when applying pressure to the rear of the sliding and everything seems to work fine but very tempamental

I did notice the central roller had some forward and backwards movement when open but would that cause an issue?

It's the spring loaded contacts on back of door not connecting properly with pads, clean up pads with bit of sandpaper and same on the spring contacts and try
