So my engine has been taken out, the one of the cams looks worn and there’s a few tiny cracks on the head, can the cracks be repaired or am I looking at a new head as well? Also the timing belt was knackered which might be why it was overheating .

If the crack hadn't been too bad a skim might have sorted it.

Your crack runs onto the valve seat :(
Can't skim it that much so looks like a replacement head :(
Given the block has a hole in it it's not looking good for the engine

The head has been skimmed cos it was a little warped, it was pressure tested to 45 psi and held for 2 hours.
