MK1 fan puley issue

Hallo !

I bought my Transit with no cooling fan. Then I discovered why - shaft is broken, please see photo here -> http://www.capri.pl/image/car/5633/4162/198472 Maybe some of You could support me to understand :

1) if the pulley and support matches 3,0 V6 Essex or V4/V6 Cologne ?
2) if puley's shaft is part of the bearing (it is the case on Cologne) ?
3) can I fix it w/o engine disassembly ?
