Fitting Tracker - Need wire for interior light trigger?

after racking my brain with exactly the same unit as you I got to the same point you got to about using the interior light and googled and your situation came up. Did you find the yellow black wire, did you do it, does it work ok?

We are using a Masternought system which hooks into the can system, it monitors a sh1t load of parameters like how it's being driven ,fuel economy there's inputs for pto if fitted it can be watched live from your computer or a mobile phone it can be geofenced which is handy when your working in an area and want notification if it moves out of the preset area unfortunately it's quite expensive an the more functions you enable the more it costs you

Thats great, but I've already installed this TK103A for basic tracking functions, and i have now temporarily to test wired the door wire of it to the interior light and it does seem to have the desired efect, but I would be interested to hear if anyone else has done it and it still functions ok. I would also like to find out if anyone has managed to get one of these TK103 to arm/disarm from the ford remote(saving having two remotes...)
anyone else?
