low power at low revs

hi guys . I was wondering if I could have some advice please ? I have a mk7 2.2 110 , van has been fine since I had my egr deleted and van remapped months ago but today it lost all power at low revs but is ok when revs get past 2000rpm . it drove to work fine this morning but when I got in to drive home it had no power so I put fuel cleaner in and drove it for about 50 miles which did seem to help but its still not right . I also drained the fuel filter and tried it without the airfilter but still not right . any advice would be greatly appretiated thanks guys

how old the fuel filter on it? might be worth fitting a new genuine ford filter
