MK6 sills (body panel rockers)

Been trawling the net to find replacement sills for my MK6 MWB. Only ones I can find are for the SWB & the guy selling those reckons nobody does them for the MWB apart from Fords themselves (ouch price!!!!) Looking at the SWB ones I was thinking of buying 3 @ £15 ea to make up the lengths on both sides. These are the thin sills under the side loading door & similar on the drivers side.

Hi there, the under side loading door sill is available for the MWB/LWB vans, also the lower sill section for the opposite side where do SLD is fitted.

If you would confirm the width of you SLD, to the nearest cm, we will provide you with details of the parts you need.

Width of the SLD is 143cms - the actual sill is about 1 - 2 cms longer. Same length for both sides.

Hi there, the MWB Under Side Loading Door Sill is in stock and costs £24
The MWB lower side panel, (opposite the SLD), this goes up to the first swage line costs £36.50

There is an additional charge of £12 for direct delivery via our supplier's transport fleet to most UK postcodes.
All prices include VAT.

Tim - thanks for the info. Just found out that my neighbours son is a welder & he thinks he can repair the sills without having to replace them.

The shape of the sills are easy to replicate just remember drain holes
